Biography


Anastasios Terzopoulos was born in Katerini, northern Greece, in 1973. In 1998 he graduated from the University of Physiotherapy in Thessaloniki, Greece. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as a physiotherapist in “Aghios Andreas”, a special institution for children with disabilities in Rhodes island, Greece. He participated in the World Women's Beach Volley tournament in 2003 and in the National Football Championship 5 x 5 in 2004, both held in Rhodes, as a physiotherapist. In 2004 he worked as a volunteer physiotherapist in the Olympic gymnasium in 2004 Olympics in Athens. From 1999 to 2005 and from 2007 until now he has been teaching physiotherapy in the high school. In 2005 he completed his training in therapeutic horseback riding, hippotherapy. Has gives interviews, publishes articles in newspapers and health magazines and participates in talk shows on TV concerning medical and therapeutic issues. He has conducted 2 clinical researches, which have been presented in scientific, medical and physiotherapy conferences in Greece in 2007-2008. In 2004 he became a certified Bowtech therapist. Since then he has been holding a clinic located in the centre of Athens, Greece.
